Open to all students currently enrolled as a UC San Diego student
Cumulative GPA of at least 2.5
Minimum 45 units by the start of the program (students going into their second year and first-year transfer students are strongly encouraged to apply)
Requirements:
8 hours of lab work each week in the either the Fall or Winter quarter.
Attend ALL lectures listed below (time: 4:30-6:00pm; location: Skaggs School of Pharmacy Auditorium): - October 16 "Success: Dr. Fricovsky's personal career story" - November 13 "Managing Diabetes" - January 15 "Substance Abuse/SBIRT" - February 12 "Health Professional Student Panel"
Participate in and attend mentorship meetings.
Fall Cohort Application Timeline (Spring Recruitment):
Application Opens: Week 6
Application Closes: Friday of week 9, May 31st by 5pm
Applicants notified of decisions: Friday of week 10, June 7th
Admitted applicants must submit commitment form: Friday of Finals week, June 14th
